EasyWay Tea

My Easyway membership card history will testify to the number of Easyway drinks I have consumed- and the sheer breadth of stores I visit. I would have to say the WORST experience I have ever had with an Easyway was here. After placing my order the drink I received was VERY different. The person who took my order (who was wearing a trainee badge) then began to tell me in broken english and it was the drink I had ordered. After listening to their rudeness/explanation why I needed to accept that drink I was about to walk away until the Assistant Store Manager then explained they would make me a new one (the flavour I ordered). Bad experience but as they say- there's plenty of Easyways in the Sea...
