EB Games

I picked up GTAV for $50 on the game sale which I think is decent and competitive price but otherwise I tend to just do my window shopping here sometimes and thats it. So they are not always overpriced. But I do like to get my XBox one games new and sealed in the case though... Which is not always going to happen at any of thier stores I have been to:(

I have never had any good experience with EB games countless times I have asked for a "new" copy of a game and they grab a damaged case from the shelves then find the disc in the draw which is all scratched from the sleeves they use.... definitely a waste of time and better off buying from elsewhere that has the game completely seal'd or go digital online purchase

Definitely -NEVER- going back to EB Games - Queen Street Mall. Ive had my fair share of bad experiences with them.

Think Twice before you Buy from THIS SPECIFIC STORE!!!

I had my money on a pre-order and my details ERASED from their system. (unfortunately, I didn't keep the receipt...)

AND Pre-ordered something (fully paid) and not receiving any update's.
I did make the effort in investigating further. I went to the store, spoke to the staff.. who then researched my claims in their database.. who couldn't find the product. Who then contacted HR, which then informed me that I will receive my product within the "next fortnight".
4 MONTHS LATER, STILL **NOTHING**

and looking on Ebay, sellers are selling my figurine that I originally pre-ordered with these guys..

They sold me borderlands 2 saying its a new game but it was used and serial key has been used so all downloads for the game don't work..!!

If you can actually locate the store to begin with (which is a mission in itself) then you will find overpriced games, and the odd very good sale. The staff were not very helpful and didn't have much of an idea of some of the games I asked about. Best avoided.
