EB GAMES ERINA IS THE WORST SERVICE FROM THESE STORES YOU WILL EVER GET.?Brick and mortar shops should always go above and beyond and this is the case for all EB GAMES and ZING POP stores BUT THIS ONE.?Walk around their store and they will not come help you ?If you want something not released yet, they will not call to check when and if they will get it (others will).?Instead of double checking stock manually to see if sold out stock is defiantly not there, they just say they don’t have it and thats it.?all other EB and ZIng Pop will double check by coming out from behind the counter.?in the past i’ve also seen them partially closing doors earlier than closing time this is just rude.??I asked for a simple poster that they had confirmed they would be throwing away ?i confirmed they would be able to give me 2 of them if i picked up the same day?the female manger lied about being able to give them away saying they could not as the were paid advertising ?(all ...read more
I don't know what impression Soosy has of EB Games, but they are certainly not a small company! EB Games is the largest chain of video game retailers, and is a subsidiary of GameStop, an American based company, and the most successful and plentiful games company in the world. Certainly no small and local business!
That said, the staff almost always know what they're talking about (even if they can be a little socially awkward) and are extremely friendly when they're not too busy. Prices are very similar to larger department stores like Big W and K Mart, but they offer discounts when you trade in your older games (though their value system can be a bit hit-and-miss). Overall a pretty reliable store, and one that's going to be around for some time.
