Our family has been coming to Joan over the past 10 years! She is an amazing and well-experienced hairstylist. We absolutely love her personality and her services. My hair always looks healthy and remains healthy after hair coloring.

Horrible horrible service! Just so much attitude alongside judgemental looks, comments and an overall vibe. Will definitely be telling friends. Something needs to change there. So unfortunate

Being an african i was happy to find and willing to pay to get my hair done. However, the level of rudeness and cold looks from the owner have made me realise its not worth going there. Also the owner becomes very aggressive if you question anything.
The saddest part is that i noticed the owner is like that to people of colour so if you are white or a celebrity your experience may be very pleasant. Not going there again.

The manager/owner is the most unprofessional and rude small business owner I have ever come across. The staff look traumatized, and the facilities are mediocre at best. Don't make the mistake of rewarding bad behavior with your coin.

The place is pretty and all but Never going back again! The management is so rude and has too much attitude. No customer skills whatsoever.
