Bookings are essential for all treatments. We recommend you arrive 10mins before your appointment, giving plenty of time to meet us, relax and fill out you new client form. Please bring a list of medications and skin care that could contraindicate a treatment. PLEASE NOTE: ALL treatments 2hrs + and new clients require a 50% redeemable deposit to secure your booking
Cancelation policy.
Please give us 24hrs notice if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment. The 50% deposit for 2hr bookings and new clients will be forfeited if less than 24hrs notice. You will be charged the full amount of the treatment if you do not arrive for your appointment with any gift vouchers voidedAppointments

After arriving 10 minutes early as requested I was still waiting 20 minutes after my appointment should have started. The facial was ok but I've certainly had better. They talked all the way through about themselves even without encouragement so I didn't get to relax. Will not be returning and Wouldn't recommend.
