Rude reception staff.
When trying to sort out a administrative error I found the receptionist quick to lay blame elsewhere. I wasn't concerned with who may or may not have done what and said I just wanted it sorted. This sparked a even more poor attitude and higher level of rudeness.
Her attitude and responses go against every thing I have been trained for in my over 15 years in Health care.
Very unprofessional.
I will not return!

Just wasted the afternoon waiting for my appointment. They stuffed it up and still could not rectify their problem. I bet they do not stuff up claiming me on Medicare even though I did not see anyone!

Happy? No way am I happy with the service of this so called Clinic. As for a referral to see someone who can help, Answer NO! Listen to what a patient is trying to say Nope. You are a disgrace, and I would never recommend anyone to visit this so called Clinic. Aussie Doctor's all the way.
