Eclair is a small and affordable party planning service based in the Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle region that specialises in creating the perfect party or celebration for your needs. We are also available over the internet.

Planning a special event of any size can be a challenge to undertake alone. As party planners, we focus on the bigger picture whilst paying attention to the little details. We offer as much or as little assistance as you require from supplier quotes, recommendations, home and venue theming etc. Some of the planning services we offer include:

- Creating an event design
- Party theme concepts
- Finding your perfect venue location
- Selection of invitations to suit your theme
- Management of RSVP's
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Organisation of transport
- Music/entertainment selection
- Arranging accommodation

Eclair can co-ordinate a number of celebrations/parties including:

- Anniversaries
- Dinner parties
- Kids birthday parties
- 18ths, 21sts
- Cocktail parties
- Girls in or Girls night out
- Hens and bucks parties
- Engagement Parties
*Please note at this stage we do not do weddings but can recommend some great planners.

Eclair is run by the two of us. Both qualified in events management and 7+ years experience in the events/hospitality industry.
