In the middle of winter, my old ducted heater blew up, and I decided to call Eco Pacific after seeing their advertisement in the local Leader newspaper, their staff came out and gave me a quote the same day, and had their new Superstar heater installed within a week. My family is now comfortable and cozy in the middle of winter. Thanks Eco Pacific for being so prompt and quick!!

I recently had a gas ducted heater - the SuperStar SS520 installed in my home, and I have to say it is excellent and efficient. My gas bill has reduced by half and the customer service throughout the whole experience was A-grade. The service man was on time and prompt and had the heater up and run very quickly. A top grade product and an excellent affordable heater!

Dealing with the company is a nightmare. I had an aqua-breeze evap cooler, which was dumping water all the time. I called them out, and the service staff changed the card, outlet and inlet valves, and it still was dumping water. Service staff then said it was because the box had become tilted, so they would send an "installer" to level it. The first installer had two no-shows (and I took two days off work). So, a second installer was sent. Installer had one no-show, and then one turn-up (one more day off work). When installer turned up, they told me the opposite of the service staff- that it must be the card, or outlet valve, not the level. So they did not level it. I called the company, and they then said they would resend installer number two to level it. The installer did not call, would not answer messages.
