This guy is not a Builder. He will promise you the world and deliver you problem after problem. He is dishonest. He is never onsite to manage his trades therefore damage to your property is known. He is contracted to renovate and build our home , he has walked off the project that was contracted to him and he has left building defects . Do yourself a favour and run a mile from this guy, he is not a Builder , he is a Bad person.

Everyone I have built know that I am on the tools directing all my team to perform tasks to high standard . I work for Qbcc as a panel builder . We fix another builder's faults , defects .

Be aware of this builder. Do yourself a favour and find a real builder, this Builder has no conscience or pride in his work he will not deliver, communicate,be onsite, manage his trades. What he will do is take an eternity to build your home, give you many excuses from his book of excuses why he cannot be onsite, cause extensive damage whilst building your home, be dishonest, Run a mile from this builder.
It sounds like clients I took to court because they never paid on time always late paying invoices , 28 variations . Constant delays . Lived in the house working around you .
Organised your trades who damaged items we built than tried to blame us .
