Edens Landing Medical Surgery

Worst experience ever! I was knew to the area and decided to make my first pregnancy appointment here... the lady who I seen was rude and didnt wanna help me at all Informed me I had to redo blood tests as she hadnt done paperwork correctly. Recieved a call about two hours after my appointment that my dating scan information had arrived and that my pregnancy was ectopic I was to go and collect my paperwork and be seen by another medical centre I coulsnt be seen there! !! This place is rude and doesnt know what there talking about nore provide the medical help people are asking for. I asked how I make a complaint and thy told me to the pharmacy as the owners are in there!! FAMILY RUN BUSINESS WITH NO RESPECT NEVER WILL I ATTEND OR RECOMMEND THISPLACE

NOT HAPPY feel very insulted at such extreme incompetence. Made an appointment, was there just before time, only to find only 1 doctor on and many people waiting before us, all with same appointment time, Will never go back to Edens Landing Medical centre. Staff so rude they cant be bothered telling waiting patients the wait will be over an hour or more.
