Never again, the reception staff was rude and the doctor was arrogant. Very unprofessional service. Our appointment was for 12.30pm, by one o'clock we asked what is going on, we were told that we were next, 1.30 pm came along, we were told that the doctor was at lunch. We didn't see the doctor until after 2 pm. We were stubborn and wanted to see how long before we eventually saw a doctor. When the doctor saw us, doctor said my regulars would wait for me, we asked how long is the wait normally? 20 minutes was the reply. So we said because we were not a regular it is ok to make us wait close to 2 hours.
