Not happy at all..We wanted the bathroom to be wheel chair friendly and they did not listen to my request and it had to be redone and cost more because of this..Our kitchen reno has been very stressful as well..the tiler they sent was very inexperienced and wasted all our tiles which we are now having trouble getting more to match..The floor looks shocking and the tiles for the splashback were not done very well..Everyone that has seen the floor have expressed their dismay at the way it was done and looks..Just hoping now they can match the tiles that they wasted.now. Very,very dissappointed as we are only pensioners and had to get a loan to make our house old people friendly as my husband has a terminal disease and i have heart problems.Would not recommend them to anyone...So worried
