I found Malcolm somewhat unprofessional and more of a salesman than a health professional who should have had my best interests in mind. I had a series of consultations with no positive improvement despite his constant assurances that benefits were coming. I have since solved this and feel I should advise others that about the low quality of his service. You will sense what sort of person once you meet him and I feel I should warn other potential clients in advance. Not recommended
