Very unprofessional and uses inappropriate language when questioned. As an owner of a property which was managed by them, all is well until you question why haven't they done part of the agreement. This is when their true colours surfaces with excuses with a condesending. If you request for the manager nothing will get resolved as the manager is far worse . NO STARS would be adequate and they should not be in the service game
