Appointing Edge Strata to manage our building was a costly mistake, the ramifications of which are still being felt by our building today. The fees that we were charged were excessive and Edge Strata failed to manage our complex in a competent manner. When approached by management, Edge Strata refused to substantiate their actions. We are now in the process of picking up the pieces and trying to recover our losses. I strongly suggest you think twice before using them.
They saved me more than $165 per qtr!!!!
I expressed my concerns along with the concerns of the other owners in our complex about our strata levy fees are to high and the service wasn't bad but it could be better, so a very good long time friend recommended Edge Strata Management & Consulting a new agency that started in January 2010 are the best.
To make it short, everything they say they do...they are fantastic...we are paying less and getting much more service.
This company is going to shake up the strata industry....Long overdue!!!!
They take every aspect of strata and the worlds economic situation in consideration, which is great and the options (very pro-active).
