Took my van in with a simple problem, changed my Ac belt , charged me for the works and said it's all done , been driven a hundred times . Got in the van and it was worse then when I dropped it down so returned. They said was another problem and I left with them. Called me to say ready to collect but not 100% fixed . They didn't want to help me and quite clearly didn't no what the problem was. Took my van to another garage and they replaced all there work and was incorrect and now works perfectly for very cheap price! Awful service

I opted out of VW dealer outlet services for reasons of price and quality of work. I received one service where several days afterwards I had issues with low water alarms and even a low oil level warning on a car with less than 40,000 kms. The dealer wanted the car back for a warranty inspection. This is a day I could not afford to lose.

Joshua and Nathan at Edgecliff Automotive quickly identified issues and solved them for me me in less than 1 hour. This is personalised problem solving at its finest. I will be taking my cars back to them for all service work . I strongly recommend this team for their high quality work and value for money.

These guys provided great service and are very knowledgeable about Mercedes cars. Josh sent me progress photos throughout the repair so that I could understand what I was paying for and also provided me a list of things that I needed to do within the next 12 months.

Disappointed customer. They replaced two tyres and did Wheel alignment & balancing. However, they hadn't done wheel alignment properly as car veered to left and incorrect alignment was confirmed by Toyota garage when I took in for annual service a few days after. Edgecliff Automotive refused to offer refund for faulty workmanship. They did offer to do alignment again but didn't want to risk it, and waste time taking it back another time
