If you’re pregnant or know of someone who is or isn’t, and is in need of pain relief in the back/spine/neck, I strongly recommend Annabelle Law. She truly is my life saver. Being only a few weeks into my pregnancy at the time I wasn’t able to visit my regular Osteo because they don’t treat you if you’re not 3 months plus. I was in excruciating pain in my lower back (it happened changing my sons nappy so not a vigorous task at all - grr!). My lower back sparked a sharp shooting pain and gave way. I could barely move, bend down or move side to side. I reached out to my Obstetrician who recommended Annabelle (Physiotherapist). I was booked in almost immediately that day.
