Edgeworth Medical Centre

Had to go here last night. Was told to get there by 6:30 otherwise could not get in although another patient came in later.only 1 doctor on for a Saturday night. Probably waited for 90 minutes. Would not clean my injury but gave me a tetanus shot. Told me to come back tomorrow to see the nurse but I won't be doing that. Only place open so had to attend. Next time will go to Emergency

This place has no idea of customer service. They advertise bulk billing but you can present your medicare card and health concession card and they insist on payment of $70. The pharmacy overcharges and wont refund later. No one treats you as human. No one smiles. Avoid this place if you can.

Their opening hours aren't reliable. Went 1 and a half hours before closing after work and they locked the door with only four patients inside? Lady came over and said no too many people inside. Some people have to work and aren't able to arrive during the day.. fix your opening hours and wait time and you'll get better reviews. Doctors are ok but they rush you.

Dr Kucera very good diagnostician, but hard to get in to see as a result, and rushes you in and out when you finally manage to get an appt. Hard to understand, very strong accent, talks too quickly too.

Doctors are great, shame about the reception staff they are the rudest people I have EVER meet
