Edinburgh Constructions is an off-chute siteworks & architectural drafting arm of Surecraft Homes P/L which Tim was director of for 20 years.

Located in Lilydale, Victoria, Australia Edinburgh Constructions operates predominantly in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne but will travel anywhere. Tim Crossman is director & sole operator (contracting in help when required) &has been operating machines since the age of 8.

Edinburgh has done site cleans, house excavations, demolished garages, removed trees, 1 house slab, several house strip footings & worked with concretors preparing levels for driveways & garages.

Edinburgh Design is the office wing of the Edinburgh Company & specialties include project estimation & drawing of house plans both of which are again derivatives of 20 years in the building industry.

Surecraft Homes built over 400 houses in the eastern suburbs while Tim was co-director with his father Keith. Surecraft now continues with Keith as sole director but with Tim sub-contracting to do plans, project estimation & materials & labour orders for suppliers & subcontractors. ...read more
