Ordered a Lawn mower and paid $359.00. Received only the bonus free blower. Phone number goes to a recorded message advicing us to contact via emial. Emails don't get delivered. Sent a message via their online contact form. Awaiting a response. Hoping it is just a mistake and not a deliberate fraud.
Australia Post informed me they received only one parcel, which was the blower.
Had a response from Edisons, apparently the heavy item will be shipped seperately. How am I to know that when it was not stated when accepting the order? Shall review once I recieve the same.
Received the ordered item today. The misunderstanding had been due to poor initial communication by the supplier, who failed to inform the order will be delivered by two different couriers on two different days. Happy to have them now.
Thought I would share my customer service experience with Edisons. I received a strange phone call from someone asking for my credit card details. I asked for confirmation of who they were. They said they would email me immediately but they didn't. I phoned Edisons. You can't talk to them on the phone you get a recorded message. The message says if you email them you will get a response within an hour. I got a response about 6 hours later but the person ringing didn't seem to know about my email. Edisons website says 98% or orders are dispatched within 1 day. My order took 3 days. Edisons website says the courier will ring you to confirm the delivery day. The log splitter I ordered won't work and has never worked. I's been 5 days since I reported the issue and still no one has called me to help. I have had multiple emails from office staff and responded to everyone. I think I was being too generous with 2 stars. Clearly there are endemic problems with their resolution processes it can't just e me having issues. It's probably becuase of these problems that they won't publish a phone number.

Just purchased a chainsaw. The current 20% off (PARKA) didn't apply to my purchase. I called requesting a refund on the 20% and was told no. I asked for the itemed to be returned and they told they would charge me a further 20% handling fee. Terrible customer service. Happy to change my review of they honor their sale and refund me 20%
