I had the worst experience imaginable with the two ladies running this shop. So much so, I've had to put in a formal complaint with ACCC! REFUSED to return my items to me, did not email me the T&C's, DID NOT DISCLOSE OR HAVE LIED that there is a fee to leave the items in the shop apart from the 60% they keep for the sales made, REFUSED TO GIVE ME MONEY FOR THE ITEM SOLD! This incident took place among other customers in the shop:
I went in today to collect the 20 items which I had left with them to be sold more than two weeks ago. As soon as I asked for them to be returned, the ladies refused to give them back asking whether or not I'd read the T&C's, and to come back after 4 days. Once I brought to their notice that I'd been advised by one of them that I could come and take them anytime I wanted, they asked me to go around the shop and fetch my items on my own, which I did. ...read more

It was my first time there yesterday, It was pretty impressive. It was a busy saturday and there were lots of people in the store, A good variety and reasonably priced. Scored a LAMB hoodie for $20. So much else that I would buy if I wasn't pregnant.
