Well I guess the experience is different for everyone, I have never felt unwelcomed or uncomfortable from their staff and I don't go as often as I would like but I always felt the welcome and felt a good vibe when I have been serviced here. I have worked In Oatley for many years and I think this cafe and staff are wonderful. Although I don't reside in Oatley this cafe /gift store is the most popular I have seen and I recommend this hotspot to everyone. The food is fantastic and I hear nothing but mouth watering, fabulous comments from my work colleagues and my boss about what they have for lunch, so I will be back Edmonds and Greer. Satisfied customer.
Love their coffee and food. Great skim cappuccinos! The decoration and atmosphere is very homely and the place never ceases to be bursting with customers. I never tried buying the souvenirs but am always very tempted to! Although a few staff can be a put-off, most are quite welcoming, and I've never had a major issue with that.
I have been to this Cafe three times and am thoroughly unimpressed. The service is just simply not good enough. The staffs are unwelcoming, rude, cold and make you feel like a hassle and that they simply do not value you. Each time I have been, the staff especially has been rude, dismissive and uncaring. The food options aren't great either and are limited. It is a lovely setup but the staff do bring it down. I will not return to this cafe and I will definitely be sharing my negative experiences with others.
