Ed's PCs Calamvale

Hustled me into buying an anti-virus software which says "Add-On, Not For Separate Sale" on the package, claiming they are giving me a big discount that is only available if I decide on the spot, and when I find out the truth and went back to return the item the next day, they refuse to take it back even though the package was not opened (The package is still not opened today, staying on my bookshelf as a constant reminder of never using such unscrupulous people again), claiming that their system cannot process refund for this kind of sales. (In comparison, Dick Smiths allowed me to return similar item as long as I did not open the package)
I will never use them again.

On all the occasions that I visited this store (Calamvale), I was served par excellence, by Chris. This amazing young man was not only well-informed, but so honest and sincere! He explained the various options, guided me in the right direction, and was always very approachable and patient. His honesty was incomparable! - although it could cost the company a sale, he suggested alternative methods which were cheaper and better for me. He also spent a great deal of time to get me accustomed to the programmes. In fact, he has done this, both pre-sale and after-sale! Chris' maturity and expertise on the job is second to none! Good on you, Chris!
Needless to say, the computer that he has built for me works extremely well and I am very happy with it.
