I was made to pay $150 upfront to have my 2020 MacBook Pro looked at for a starting issue, I then got a phone call saying they couldn't fix it because the recovery mode wouldn't load (that was the whole problem) and they couldn't take the cover off because the screws where rounded off (they rounded them off trying to open it)
So I essentially paid $150 for them to Damage my almost brand new MacBook Pro and was offered no return, no nothing.
Never bring your computer here ever, they will just make out whatever they have done or are doing is more complicated than it is and RIP YOU OFF
I have a DVA Gold card for my service to this country and they did it to me. They're indiscriminate on who they lie and steal from
these guys are Cheap, helpful and honest. i dragged my PC in there and they fixed it within 30 mins, they told me what was wrong, how to fix it and what i could do to stop the problem. i have been to a lot of PC stores, this one is the best by far .
in short, if you have a problem with your PC see these guys.
