I was very disappointed with the lack of service I received right from the very start. Firstly, I made an appointment at least 1 month in advance and was shocked when I received a call at midday ON THE DAY of my appointment to say that my appoinment will need to be cancelled or rescheduled, as one of their staff had walked out. I was due to go out that evening!!!! The staff didn't seem to care.
As a customer, It is very unprofessional to be told by a staff member that someone has walked out!!! You can imagine how confident I must have felt after being told this and having to reschedule my appointment to another day.
