The service is so great. The people there really helped me out a lot. I always have trouble trying to find the right fit as I'm a size L for the hips and M for the top half of my body. So my body doesn't exactly conform to the basic sizing chart. However, at this store I was able to resolve this problem. They were so helpful as i they took my measurements and were able to make me a dress in a style that I liked. Whenever I need something made I go to them and they offer so many options in regards to material and colours. Again, it's exceptional to have a small family business do such services. Other than that, their styles are nice. Highly recommend.

I returned to the shop with a skirt which I had carefully laundered according to the instructions, but the blue coloured dye had bled badly onto the white fabric. The shop owner would not listen to my complaint, he just kept insisting that the material had been maltreated, he said he was sure of this! I am an honest person and am telling the absolute truth about the garment, but the shopkeeper refused to believe me. I feel very badly treated, this is poor customer service towards a customer who has previously spent a lot of money at this store. I had to tell him that I could not return to his shop again.
