Edwardstown Florist has a new owner. It has wonderful new bright signage, the flowers are beautiful created by very talented florists. It has expanded its gift range with yummy chocolates, wine and colourful toys. Friendly helpful service with very reasonable prices. I would suggest if you haven't been in there for a while go and have a look, you won't be disappointed!! I was thrilled.
My partner ordered me pink roses on Valentines as he knew that I disliked red. They delivered red roses. Not to mention the very tacky glittery green additions in the arrangement, dated murky green vase and maroon red bow. They did come and swap the roses over approx. 4 hours later, but still very disappointed. The roses were more peach than pink and still had the tacky and out-dated additions, vase and bow. I would not use this florist ever again. Left very disappointed on Valentines Day for flowers which I am sure were not cheap.
Wow!! Your nasty comment really surprises me...... I also had flowers delivered for me, ordered by my husband(which was a surprise in itself!) and they were stunning. I received them at around 4pm, but the time didn't matter, how nice to be thought of at all. And as an ex courier, I know how busy and tricky tibia to deliver at an exact time, especially on such a busy day..... Valentine's day must be one busy day for florists everywhere. You should just be grateful anyone likes you enough to get you something......
I don't feel my comments are nasty. Having received flowers on previous Valentine's and special occasions from different florists I felt that on this occasion they did not compare in quality, service and style. Normally I am not one to leave negative comments, but on this occasion I felt that strongly about the quality and service that I felt it necessary to warn others of my experience to avoid their disappointment. To add to my disappointment the roses in question were wilted and drooping by the next day, and were pretty much dead by yesterday so I discarded of them. Flowers which I have received in the past have had much more longevity. When you are spending $100+ on flowers for someone you would expect that they would be in a quality stylish arrangement and last more than 1-4 days. I know that my partner was also disappointed as it really put a dampener on our day. I'm glad you had a positive experience on Valentines. Unfortunately I did not from this florist.
I ordered a beautiful arrangement from Edwardstown Florist for a friend whoses husband passed away, the service was friendly and helpful. The florist that served me went out of her way to advise me what flowers look great together as a sympathy arrangement. The arrangement was then delivered for me and arrived by the time i had requested. Thumbs up for this florist will definately return again. Thankyou!
Fantastic and friendly! Simply the best, well established 'true' florist with ample parking in the district. Always a large choice of great fresh flowers that last for ages at a very reasonable price. Your selection on 'big day' events (eg mother day) is amazing. Thanks girls for all your wonderful floral designs, suggestions and very friendly help everytime I come in
