This company does not do the RSA training. They take the booking and outsource the course.
I booked 3 days in advance and received email confirmation of my registration. When I arrived for the course I was told I wasn't registered. After being shuffled to and from reception to the student waiting area without explaination of what was going on I was finally told that I was booked in the following day's class. My email confirmation clearly stated I was booked in the class I had arrived for. I was then sent away.
Disorganised and unprofessional. I would recommend you book with someone other than Edway.
I have done my first aid course at least 5 times and decided to try edway. The worst ever unprofessional instructor and course material was super basic, didn't even go through bandaging. If this had been my first time I would of left bewildered. The class room was run down, old and dirty. This course ok if only doing refresher as it's cheap with the vouchers but as a first timer I would give them a miss....
Hey Maya, thanks for your review. Where would you recommend to do a first aid course?
