EEBEE Blinds

I have used eebee blinds for many years over various types of window dressings. We have even had a special order for a roller door for our laundry. They have been both friendly, polite and professional and have always helped me with solutions for difficult windows and doors.

Do not use this company. They have had my blinds for three months that were needing a clean. My property manager had been chasing them and I decided to ring and see what was going on. I asked to speak to manager and was told in an aggressive tone "NO", I asked why not and explained the situation. The woman Francis was aggressive and had no professional manner or outcome not aggressive behaviour.. I continually asked for a professional response and when i was gettting the blinds back. She hung up. I called back and said this was not good enough. Needless to say I got slightly heated and told her to return the blinds by end of week or I will follow up with a police report. All I needed was a professional and non aggressive response. Stay away from this company. I notified the real estate that they were not to use these people in the future. I am still perplexed at this unreasonable behaviour.
