Coach Dane creates a different 'whole body', hour long workout every day. The focus changes each time. Sometimes it's about lifting heavy, sometimes it's about the cardio.
Always it's about doing what you can manage. If you have an injury Dane will modify the exercises for you. He does encourage people to give their best, whatever level they are at. Some members worked-out through their pregnancies and have returned post-birth to get their bodies back into shape!
