Very poor experience. Unreliable and dishonest. Has not paid tradesman 4 months after providing an urgently requested service in a timely manner after numerous requests and unfulfilled promises of payment.

aviod this company at all cost!!expensive , over priced late for appiontment.

wouldnt use this company, if there is an issue Dean won't fix it, he will threaten you and your business even though the work wasn't done at your business and he leaves bad reviews for your business. He is an unlicensed and unregistered plumber

Huge mistake to employ EHC for a job for replacement of gas cooktop at rental property with invoice and compliance certificate to be provided. Booked for 11/12/2018 and given the time slot 8am-12 and to call before coming. Advised on the day after calling the plumber can’t come until 4pm. I and tenants had to take days off to accomodate this appointment. Plumber adviced that they can do it on the 19/12/2018. Therefore, rebooked for 19/12/2018 for 8am-12 time slot. Try to contact plumber on 18/12/2018 to confirm appointment, these calls were not answered. Plumber turn up at 7am on 19/12/2018 without calling when tenants are sleeping. Work performed on 19/12/2018 as tenants allowed them to do the work. As the new cooktop was slightly smaller than the old cooktop there was a gap in the bench top.
