Eight Treasures Chinese Restaurant

For a quaint little Chinese restaurant located in hub of South Yarra on Toorak Road, the dining experience here was delightful. Having just arrived in Melbourne for a short break and looking for a decent meal that wouldn't bite too much into the budget, we dropped into 8 treasures. The ambience is warm and inviting and ample seating available whether you are looking for a quiet table for 2 or a banquet table for a group. We dined on a Wednesday afternoon so although very quiet, the quality in the flavours and the service did not slip once. The owner/chef was so lovely and even sat down for a drink with us and a chat about all the great things to see and do around Melbourne. Great food, takeaway option for leftovers, reasonable prices and free travellers information. What more could you ask for :D
