Eighteen Mile Cottage is a fully renovated and tastefully decorated 1920's timber house. The cottage is fully fenced and located on an acreage block, nestled beside the Albert River. Positioned close to the foothills of the Darlington Range mountains, and located in the beautiful Lost World Valley.

The cottage sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms (one queen bed and two single beds).
It boasts a large rear deck with breath taking views, outdoor campfire area for evening relaxation and star gazing, lounge room, full kitchen for your self catering, bathroom with spa bath, laundry with washing machine (no dryer).The following is also provided - bed linen, a reverse cycle air conditioner (located in lounge/living area), BBQ, TV, DVD player, CD player & radio.


Eighteen Mile Homestead is a large family home where the family and owners of the property lived and operated a cattle farm (which is still in operation these days - you may catch a viewing) for over three decades. The homestead is located on an acreage block, just across the road (approx 150mtrs) from the Albert River (access is available). It is also positioned close to the foothills of the Darlington Range mountains....

Room 1 - one queen bed (with ensuite)
Room 2 - one queen bed
Room 3 - one queen bed
Room 4 - two single beds - adjoins with Room 3
Room 5 - two single beds (or optional king sized bed upon booking request)
Room 6 - one single bed, one single foldout bed
Plus - one double foldout sofa-bed/lounge located in one of the two lounge rooms.

3 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, 2 living rooms, indoor fire place, washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board, 1 large capacity reverse cycle air conditioner in dining room/kitchen area, T.V., DVD player, portable heaters (incl oil variety), fans, table tennis, outdoor eating area with 4 burner gas BBQ, large in-ground swimming pool, and outdoor camp fire area.
