Its a shame i couldn't give them negative stars. Laundry out of service, restaurant out of service, wifi out of service, fridge not workin in 5 out of the 6 rooms booked, reception closes really early and they lock the games room. Rooms are small and feels like a cabin even though its called a family room. In room phone not working at all, you don't get new towels untill late afternoon. Stairs unsafe for kids, place has alot of broken things that need fixing, What can i say NEVER AGAIN.
with a name like this - I was expecting luxury resort style living. In fact the reality was more like a highway motel in a US movie. Bedrooms were pretty standard and looked like it was in need of a makeover. Pool was lovely and the spa looked great too. WOuld have been perfect f the Foxtel reception was a little better.
Probably in need of a minor makeover but comfortable enough. Rooms are a decent size and clean, with pretty much everything you need (unless you're the spoilt type). Location wise it's close to the pelican feeding which as far as I can tell is the only thing to see at the Entrance. The usual pool and spa amenities are there but as it rained all weekend we didn't get to utilise them. I would like to stress though I in no way hold the hotel responsible for the weather.
