I went to this restaurant in its first week and was not impressed with the service (45min wait between dishes) and the food was average. I gave it another try last week and found the service spot on but the food has not improved. In my experience with tapas its about quality and flavour rather than quantity, and as the quantity was not there, I felt the dishes left a lot to be desired. Vital seasoning was missing and the flavours of some dishes did not marry together to produce what i was hoping for.
Was good for a night out doing something different, but I don't think I'll be heading back for a third helping.
Have been going to this little place since it first opened. Great casual dining in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a comprehensive menu of tasty dishes to choose from. House wines are pretty reasonable too. The location is handy to the Botanic Gardens, Tanks and cultural precinct, though the building itself is a bit tatty
