Bad food, over priced, horrible service and rude and unprofessional management.

With the kitchen having outlets on two sides servicing the restaurant and a function space, as well as an outdoor seating area, the Parramatta El-Phoenician is a much bigger enterprise than its Walsh Bay cousin. The elegant space is purpose-built after the nearly twenty-year old restaurant outgrew its original Parramatta digs in 2004. As you’d expect in a more upmarket setting, you’ll be able to complement your meal with a decent selection of wines from France, Australia, New Zealand and Lebanon, or you can splash out on cocktails. The Beirut Mule ($19) is an El-Phoenician twist on a Moscow Mule, throwing some ginger liqueur into the vodka, lime and ginger beer mix. Lebanese mainstays, Felafel ($10/small), are crisp on the outside, with light, fluffy interiors. Wrap them in Lebanese bread from the plentiful supplies on your table, with a slathering of Chilli Garlic Dip ($9). Had a fabulous meal here in the private dining room for an awards night.
There was Sooo much food and if you're a fan of Lebanese food then you'll love what's on offer!
Breads and starters were great, meats were incredible, sweets amazing and the Mojitos kept coming.
The belly dancer was a treat and got everyone up and dancing.
Fun night had by all!

I enjoyed the sweets here once but the second visit left a permanent bad taste in my mouth. The staff and management were more interested in chattering to some other clients, in another language, than they were in serving us. After an indeterminably long and frustrating wait, we politely asked if we could order, but the manager dismissively waved a hand at us and continued on as though he was in his private lounge-room, so we left and never returned. Rudeness on the grandest scale.

I just love the food here. Everything dish is always delicious and i love the fried lebanese bread! The restaurant has a great vibe and the customer service is very good. I highly recommend you order a meat platter and a very sides and you will leave very satisfied.
