We are so disappointed with the service we received from them. It has taken more than 3 months to receive our order. We were told there was a problem with the supplier for our lights and with importing for our external lights. However, we have heard otherwise after contacting one supplier directly ourselves. This company fails to pay their accounts and items are not shipped until their account is paid in full. We paid 3/4 of the cost of our lights in deposit but it still took numerous phone calls and months of frustration for half of our lights to arrive and we are still waiting on some. I will never shop there again and urge others to steer clear unless they are getting floor stock.

We pride ourselves on our service , honesty and reliability.
Your external lights were supplied to you within 1 week of stock arriving into the country , we are sorry you had to wait so long for these , but it is out of our control if stock is not available from the importer. Please accept our apologies and we know you will love the timeless quality of your new lights now that all have been supplied to you.
