Honestly the most terrible service ever. I have no idea how this company is still going!
Made an Order but forgot an item so asked them to cancel and refund which they said they did and then i made a new order. Firstly they never refunded my first order, secondly after 1 month of making the order i emailed to ask what was going on, they responded that one item was out of stock but no one bothered to contact me or send the first items which were in stock? I asked them to cancel the entire order and refund me the money because i was pretty disappointed with their service, they said that the refund would occur in 24 hours, another month later and still no refund, i have sent numerous emails, i have called - the contact number they provide they never answer, i called heaps of times over the next month. Beautiful products. However, I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I could have purchased the items elsewhere but I trusted Elan Linen's service promise and the items weren't cheap - I wrongfully assumed high price = better service. I've been waiting over a month for 2 items that were listed 'in stock'.

Think twice. Then think a third time. If you can purchase the same items elsewhere, I recommend you do that.

I placed an order on 2/6 and the same day i received my invoice, on the 7/6 i received my tracking information and today (9/6) my order arrived. The whole order is there and everything is perfect.
I read the reviews after i'd made my order and i was sceptical but i can't fault the customer service, particularily the live chat. I mentioned that i had read the reviews and was reminded that there are also great reviews about the company that we rarely get to see and unfortunately only see the negative ones.
My experience with Elan Linen was great and I will use them again.
