Took my dress in to be altered, and they not only brought it in too much, they added material to the shoulders of my gown where they made mistakes! I unfortunately took my dress home, only to find the horrible mess they made after I had paid. The owner wouldn’t talk to me and they wouldn’t return my money and wouldn’t replace the dress. DONT use them for alternations. Disgusted. As for Marina the General Manager, she has no customer service and it down right rude.
