Absolutely disgusted with the service from this store!
Took a three piece Burberry baby suit which is a three piece set (can’t be purchased separately) to elaundry to have my sons initials monogrammed onto the Beenie for when he was born.
Got the Beenie back and the monogramming was terrible, all the fabric was pulled.
We raised this in the shop and got told that they would try to fix it. They contacted us to tell us that it could not be fixed so they would replace it. Took my dress in to be altered, and they not only brought it in too much, they added material to the shoulders of my gown where they made mistakes!
I unfortunately took my dress home, only to find the horrible mess they made after I had paid. The owner wouldn’t talk to me and they wouldn’t return my money and wouldn’t replace the dress.
DONT use them for alternations. Disgusted.
I took 9 shirts for cleaning and pressing. I know there is a special price for minimum of 5 and assumed the price for more than 5 would be priced accordingly. I hand over 9 shirts and get an invoice for payment on collection. When I look at the invoice in the car I see that my business has been placed as 5 shirts $16.60, 4 shirts $19.80. I think "hmm, never mind-I'll sort this out on collection". On collection I raise the issue of the 4 shirts being relatively speaking a lot more expensive than 5 shirts - and I did have 9! I am told there is nothing that can be done. I say I am happy to pay for 10 shirts - that'd be $32.20 compared with $36.40 for 9. No - it can't be fixed. I then say I won't be back. No it can't be changed. I further say this wouldn't be a problem if you'd raised this pricing anomoly on drop off. Still nothing. I won't be back.
Beyond terrible experience on the phone, in person, AND over email. Wow! There is zero care for the customers not only for the staff but all the way up to the owner.
Provided misleading/unclear deal, called to confirm, got confronted, then attack/lectured because I raised a concern about their unclear offer. Avoid talking to Marina for any of your concerns because she doesn't listen but will definite make you listen to her. And loves to do it in front of other customers.
The highlight of the whole experience was her condescending insult "There is a laundromat right across from us perhaps it suits you better."
I tried to email concern to high manager/owner before writing this review. Apparently my concern is not important as I still have not received an email.

Wow never have I ever experienced such terrible customer service! The so called Manager/ Personal Assistant to the owner (She changed her position title to suit how the conversation was going) has zero customer service skills. I don't think she even cracked a smile at any of the clients. You would think there would be at least an apology after losing one of business shirts, apparently not she was too busy trying to prove it was my fault. At the end of the day the lost shirt wasn't a massive problem as I have more and am able to buy more. But ah no I don't still have the receipt for the shirt, do you keep every receipt when purchasing clothes on the off chance the dry cleaner will lose it. ...read more
