do not under any circumstances even walk throu the door of this buisiness i lost my house and all of the contents in the recents storms at stockport i found this company to be heartless and plain obstructionist i rang every day for some information and every time had my number taken and was told someone will get back to you i left my number a total of 8 times and never recieved a return call so i bagan going in person to the office and waiting for them to ring people to get information as to what was happening with my claim i might point at that all this time i and my wife were homeless due to the extensive storm damage to our home and the fact that the assessor that they sent out told us to throw all our destroyed posetions out to the gutter for collection by the council this went on for a period of nearly two weeks then i was informed that my file had been transfered to the adelaide branch so they could no longer give me any info at the gawlwer branch, this ...read more
