I respectfully disagree.

The staff either never passes on the message for me to be called back, or my current real estate doesn't call back I don't know who is at fault there.

My current real estate is more difficult to get in touch with than a neurosurgeon. Never ever calls back unless there is something they want. Concerns take a very long time to get addressed. The guy who runs this place is a smart operator. The staff are right on their game. Everyone seems fairly committed to the place, which is amazing for a real estate shop. They do rentals although I havent had experience with their rentals, the lady seems nice when I go in there. All in all I have no complaints, I have been very impressed with the service and whenever I refer someone to them, they give them the same standard of service. For prestige property, I wouldnt go anywhere else. I guess that's why you deal with Elders over others, they're pretty straightforward. It's an old name and big in the country where I'm from. Elders Stock and Station have a big reputation out west. I think it's flowed through to the coast as well, at least in Redcliffe.
