I found the staff that served me very unprofessional. It was valentines day, i ordered a brazillian (first time - i knew what i was in for). They staff waxed me, i tried to keep quiet in respect of other customers, staff told me to lay down and be quiet. Half way through, staff left the room to 'get something' and i overheard her tell a co-worker that staff was craving a cigarette and that 'i'm just going to get a coffee'.
