Louie did the electrical work on our van over 10 years ago with regent caravans and we've never had an issue, we recently had Louie install an after market solar panel installation and some additional 12volt accessories which he was able to do in a few hours for a great price, great work, thank you for looking after us.
I cannot recommend this company as the experience i had with them wiring my new caravan was extremely disappointing.
The toilet didn't work, fridge main feed (positive) wire fell apart, antenna was cross wired and wouldn't work, satellite installation was shocking, antenna winder was jammed on, the finish on their roof installation was rough....and they main guy is not easy to deal with...
Sorry to say they are letting their customers down (the manufacturers) and it reflects badly on their brand name.
My experience is not isolated as i have heard the same from another person who bought the same brand as me
Electrical R Us do a lot of different caravan manufacturers (in Campbellfield area) wiring work under contract.
Their attention to detail is really poor and the main guy is pretty arrogant - and treats people with contempt.
We had numerous small issues like the antenna wired around the wrong way, toilet wiring shorting, fridge wires fell off, really poor finish on roof mounting of antenna and satellite, satellite mounted on a 5 degree angle!, antenna winder jammed and the wrong way around.
They really let down the people they work for (the manufacturers) and us, the end customer.
They really need to lift their game. I recommended to our manufacturer that they need to look at changing electricians as it reflects badly on their brand.
Cannot recommend - they have cost me hours and hours finding and fixing their stuff ups!
