Prompt but very expensive. I needed a dimmer switch replaced, and they came around and quoted $346.50 for the job. Parts are $50, so labour for a 10-15 minute job was nearly $300 - over $1000 an hour! I paid the $77 call out and sent them on their way. Another electrician did the job for $130.

Electrician came around last week on the 12th and did some rewiring work. He was on time, did a good job and left the place clean.

Had their sparky come out last week to fix some lights, and everything was sorted out great and the electrician was polite. They called a few days after the job to make sure everything was working okay, which I thought was top notch customer service.
