I've always cleaned my carpets on my own with my vacuum but with a 3 year old running around and spilling drinks, its just too much to handle. I've been very particular about letting people into my home as I'm pregnant so at first I was hesitant to get a cleaner in. I tried inquiring in a number of places and came across a 3+1 special they had online and went for it. The representative I spoke with was polite, patient and was understanding of the questions that I had. I was able to clean my carpets about 4 days after I booked it in and at my desired time. The cleaner came on time and was very nice. He explained everything to me especially when I showed him the stains that I had. It was a little expensive for what I hoped for but I am really happy with the results. Will soon have my tiles and grout cleaned with them.
