Not surprised by their ability to stuff a deal up.. Brought an expensive product and didnt get delivered. Kept my monies and does not answer to phone calls or reply to emails. Made a visit to their registered address on Queens St. Not surprised! It was empty.



Buyers beware..

I ordered a laptop from electronicbazaar 8 weeks ago. After my creditcard was charged they send an email that the goods have been dispatched. Over the weeks I have requested numerous times for shipping info and an ETA but they never replied. After 5 weeks I emailed them saying that I was now cancelling my order, they replied back saying that they now had cancelled my order and made a full refund into my account. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on my refund and I have now made a claim with the credit company. Shop elsewhere!

Do not waste your time. They have ZERO customer service. I did not receive response to my emails (and NOBODY picked up the phone on multiple attempts) for over 24 hours. My payment was cleared instantly but even with a 72 hour clearing period and a shipping period of 2-6 days the fact that I have yet to even receive a tracking number and its been 10 days is totally unacceptable. E-commerce is the way of the future but not the way this company are doing it. Their prices aren't even that good. I used them because I was stuck and for some reason they had something I needed that no one else had. You have lost a potentially very profitable customer and therefore many other potential customers.
