First time here and it was absolutely horrid. Came here for an eyebrow wax since hearing from a friend that it is only $10! I always had my eyebrow wax around the corner for $20 and I now understand that I am paying much more FOR GOOD SERVICE. The beds were untidy and they did not bother to clean the dirty sheets from the previous customer and had me lay on it regardless. The utensils looked dirty and rusty and it looks like they only have one pot of wax in which I have no idea what else they could use it for (brazilian, maybe?) The staff did the job in a hasty fashion and burnt my eyelids with the hot wax. My eyelids are in pain now and it's just horrible. Staff finished the job in less than 5 mins where I would expect staff to trim and pluck my eyebrows after the wax. I'm assuming staff could not even touch the area anymore because staff BURNT IT. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

If there is a zero star rating I will give this place a zero star. Sold vouchers and never want to take booking. I called up many times and try to make booking many months ahead and yet the staff on the phone who sounded like the management kept telling me that they only take vouchers on Monday to Friday 10 to 2, while voucher specifically says anytime 7 days a week which was the reason why I bought it and plan to use with my mum and sister. A complete disgust. They asked me to leave my number and they will get back to me but I never heard from them. I called again and they said its fully booked and voucher is expiring in a month time. Ouffer the website that sells this voucher is also responsible and I will also give them a review too.
