Elegant Bride & Formal Gowns

I would like to let everyone know who is considering purchasing a gown from gowns of elegance that the dress you try on will be different to the one that is specially ordered for you. The size varies even though the dress tried on in store was the prefect size the dress ordered will vary in size as well as the design of the dress. The staff do not try to fix the problem with the dress rather they state that you can not except the exact same fit and design of the dress you tried on in store when the dresses are ordered from off shore manufactures.

Such a terrible retail experience.
