Wow, Helen and her staff are such a pleasure to deal with. We had a lunch for 50 people and everyone was very impressed with the food, it was beautiful.
Helen made booking the event so easy, we will certainly recommend Elegant Touch Catering to anyone. Thanks Helen & Joseph for all your effort.
Don\'t go with them, we had an absolutely terrible experience, they almost ruined our wedding if it wasn\'t for our wedding planner and their helpers saved the day and had a back up plan in the end. Elegant touch didn\'t provide all the food that we paid for, the staff weren given a schedule at the start to serve the food in which they never followed and they rushed out the food and by the time we arrived with the rest of the bridal party most of the food was eaten by our guests and there was complaints that our guests were hungry. Also with what was left over the bridal party only had left over party pies and some quesh. Family told us afterwards the food was tastless. the staff were caught out side smoking and chatting and my wedding planner had to order more food which was more expense to us. Its not nice that we had this experience and I wouldn\'t want anyone to go through the same. Very poor and unprofessional for any occasion.
I'm going to have to disagree with you Jade. The food was exceptional, the service was excellent and the management went above and beyond to make our day special. All our guests were commenting on how beautiful the food and service was. I would definitely choose Elegant Touch Catering again.
Terrible food the guests at my wedding and myself were very disappointed. The chef and server were pleasant but the management needs to learn how to speak to customers. I couldn't try before I bought anything. And she demanded payment before I had even come into the shop. If I had more time I wouldn't have booked just because of her attitude. Ordering pizzas would have been more pleasurable and satisfied more of my guests.
